SEPARATE DIVISIONS

De Beers announced recently the reorganisation of the Diamond Trading Company (DTC). The reorganisation means that the former DTC marketing department will now become a separately managed, independent division called De Beers Group Marketing. All other activities previously conducted by the DTC will continue under the DTC management.

The DTC will focus on being the most effective distribution channel for rough diamonds by focusing on maximising value for its clients and producer partners:

There are certainly challenges ahead, but both divisions are confident and fully committed to delivering the excellent service and delivery of supply that has always been the hallmark of any company within the De Beers Group.‖
