校园招聘存在的问题和对策

摘要

如今校园招聘已经成为很多企业吸收新鲜血液的重要途径，但尽管高校和企业非常重视校园招聘，投入大量的人力物力却经常收不到理想的效果。本文将客观地分析校园招聘的优劣势，并着重从如何树立雇主品牌、如何提高招聘流程有效性、如何改善企业内部招聘组工作三方面进行全方位研究。针对这些方面存在的问题提出解决对策，试图用尽可能少的投入收获最佳的招聘效果，来满足企业和毕业生双方对人才和工作的需求。 关键词： 人力资源 校园招聘 问题 对策

Abstract

Campus recruiting has become the many important ways to bring in

fresh ideas, but while the universities and enterprises attach great importance to recruiting, invested a lot of manpower and resources often do not receive the desired results. This paper objectively analyses the advantages and

disadvantages of campus recruitment and focuses on how to establish employer branding, how to improve the recruitment process effectiveness, how to improve the enterprise internal recruiting group work a three-pronged study on Omni-directional. There are solutions to the issues raised in response to these, trying to use as little as possible input to harvest the best recruiting results, to meet the needs of both businesses and graduates for talent and work.
