摘 要

物流对电子商务的发展有着十分重要的影响，第三方物流的相对落后，而自建物流体系极大的增强了企业的物流配送能力与核心竞争力，成为一种竟相投的趋势，越来越多的电子商务企业自建物流。然而在我国自建物流体系处于初步建设阶段，缺乏经验，大型电子商务企业自建物流模式的应用并不是很乐观，存在着种种问题，给企业带来经营危机。

本文从大型电子商务企业自建物流发展现状出发，探析自建物流模式正面影响和负面影响，通过论述自建物流的优势与弊端，并挖掘出自建物流存在的问题，来分析影响自建物流的因素，研究出影响大型电子商务企业的关键因素，从而提出可行性优化策略和创新性指导建议，为引导电子商务企业突破发展瓶颈，构建出完善的自建配送模式提供借鉴。

Abstract

Logistics of electronic commerce development has a very important influence, third party logistics is relatively backward, and self built logistics system greatly enhances the enterprise logistics and distribution capabilities and core competitiveness, become a kind unexpectedly congenial tendency, more and more electronic commerce enterprise self material flow. However, in self built logistics system in our country is in the preliminary stages of construction, the lack of experience, is not very optimistic about the application of large e-commerce enterprises self built logistics mode, there is a problems, to the enterprise bring business crisis.

Starting from the large electronic business enterprise self built logistics development status, the positive and negative influence of self built logistics mode, through the advantage and disadvantage of the self built logistics are discussed and excavated from the construction of the existing logistics to analyze factors that influence self logistics, key factors that affect the large electronic business enterprise, thus put forward the feasible optimization strategy and innovative suggestions, guide e-commerce enterprises to break through the bottleneck of development, build a perfect self built distribution mode to provide reference.
