1.6 打磨耳机头(Wear away earphone plug)

Polishing at the PIN position of the relevant earphone plug. Earphone plug front parts have no abrasion.
— 磨的不可太深,只要露黄即可,耳机头的胶芯不可损坏。
The plug cannot be grinded too deep, and ensure not to mangle the plastic core of DC-plug.

1.7 预锡(Immerse the tin)
— 预锡前要将芯线理整齐,不可有散乱现象。
Neaten the core cable before tinning, without disorder.
— 将芯线沾上助焊剂。
Bedew the core cable with the flux.
— 将剥芯线部分垂直插入锡炉中1.5-2S,预锡要完全,
且在芯线的顶端不可形成锡尖,不得烫伤绝缘外皮。 Put the core cable into the tinning stove vertically for 1.5—2s, Tinning must be entirely, and without tinning needle at the end of the core cable. The insulation jacket can't be scald when tinning.
— 预锡要使用助焊剂时,要避免助焊剂粘到绝
缘外皮上。

— 预锡后芯线应该是光亮的,不可有发黑或脏
污现象。

— 焊锡: 当两金属施焊时,其彼此并不熔合,而是由低于华氏800度的焊料(锡焊合金),因毛细管作用而充塞于金
属接合面间,使之相互牢结。这种方法称为焊锡。因其施焊熔融温度低,又称软焊。故锡焊即是将两洁净之金属以低熔点合金焊料使金属面间获得充分之接合﹐其化学力远大于物理连接力。
Soldering: when we solder two kinds of metals, the two could not be fused together, they should be connected by the solder whose
melting point is below 800 Fahrenheit. The solder will make the two kinds of material connect together by capillarity; this method could be called welding. Because the melting point of the solder is low, it is also called soldering. Soldering means
using the solder to make two kinds of material together, the chemic force is far stronger than physical force.
— 点焊: 连接器与芯线熔合为一体, 一般采用点焊方式.
Spot soldering: it is usually used to solder the core cable with the connector.
— 环焊: 线材编织与连接器通过铜泊或外壳360度环焊连接的焊接方式.
Rounding soldering: it is usually used to solder the braid shield to the copper foil that packs on the connector — 搭焊: 芯线间的的连接焊接方式.
Butt soldering: A soldering method used to solder between core cables. — 镀锡: 将芯线用锡镀成一股,便于客户使用的焊接前处理.
Tinning: Tin the core cables into one section before soldering, so that the customers could use it easily.
原理Principle:
— 焊锡是将熔化之锡焊附着于洁净这金属面,此时锡与被焊物形成金属化合物,相互连接在一起。总之,锡焊是
利用焊锡作媒介,藉加热而使A﹑B两金属物接合,且由熔化之焊锡与被焊物之表面产生新的合金属。(参考图一)
Soldering means the attachment of the melted tin to the clean surface of the metal, then the two material joint together to form a compound. In a word, soldering is combining two kinds of metals together with the solder as medium, and forming a new alloy from the melted tin and metal. (See picture one)

— 助焊剂与焊剂之混合比﹐完全决定于助焊剂分布之情况,而受热松香助焊剂于超温时,会有烧焦而使助焊剂失
效之现象。因此,良好之焊接应特别注意烙铁温度及焊接速度。
The mixing rate between soldering flux and solder is depending on the distribution of the soldering flux. When the temperature of the rosin surpasses a certain temperature, it could not be work. So when soldering, please pay attention to the temperature of the brand iron and the speed of soldering.
焊锡基本知识The basic knowledge of soldering:
— 焊锡之效果乃由被焊金属表面与焊锡是否洁净所决定。凡金属置于空气中,与氧作用而产生氧化膜,而加热之
助焊剂可于金属表面,进行轻微之化学还原反应,使得氧化松动,然后湿润金属表面,使氧化物凝结并悬浮在助焊剂内。但助焊剂只能对轻微之金属氧化层发生作用。其它如块状腐蚀物﹑锈层﹑油垢等应使用机械研磨或化学方法清除。(参考图二)
The soldering effect is depending on whether the surface of the metal is clean or not. When the metal is in the air, the metal will have chemical reactions with the oxygen and produce a kind of oxidation membrane. The heated soldering flux will take off the membrane of the oxygen and filter into the surface of the metal. The welding flux could not have a completely chemical reaction with the membrane of the oxygen, it just could take off a little of the membrane. The big nubbly corrupt material, the rust, the oil dirt and the other kind of dirt should be cleaned by chemical method or mechanical method. (See picture two)

— 助焊剂扩散十分急速,稍一不慎即造成焊剂失效,继而导致各不良后遗症。因此某些情形因单心焊锡无法达到
良好焊接的效果,就以三心焊锡丝为例,其混合不匀或焊剂不足之情形较单心低六倍之多。
The pervasion speed of welding flux is very quick. If you could not take care of it, it will lose its effect and produce the other kinds of NG products. The NG products that made by trinal-core solder are more than one-core solder make. — 焊接之方式soldering methods:(参考图三 see picture three)
— 焊接的方式有:点焊、勾焊、环焊
Soldering methods: spot soldering, butt soldering, rounding soldering.
— 焊接的种类有:波峰焊、回流焊、手工焊、自动焊等。
The type of soldering: waving soldering, circumfluence soldering, manual soldering, and auto-soldering etc.
— 连接器需焊锡之种类有:杯口型、平面型、引脚型、穿孔型。
The type of connector: cup type, plane type, foot type and hole type.
