1.1 脱外皮 (Cut off Jacket) 合格(OK)

— 根据脱皮长度调整好脱皮机的定位螺杆。

In accordance with the length of jacket to adjust positioning bolt of machine.

— 将线材脱皮端顶住定位杆，紧靠刀口。

Used top of cable adjoin positioning bolt of machine, abutted blade.

— 用脚启动开关,脱去外皮。

1.4 穿套管(Pull on Tube)

— 先将编织或地线用绕线夹均匀绞在一起。

When Braid or Drain had been pulled on tube, tube close up base of Jacket.

1.5 吹套管(Shrink Tube)

— 吹套管时距离吹风筒3-5cm，旋转线材套管部分烘烤

时间2-4S，吹烤时要让套管均匀的收缩，紧紧的包 裹在材料上，套管不可有滑动现象。
