摘要：企业绩效的高低和领导人花在沟通上的时间的长短成正比，员工和领导之间的沟通问题已然成为企业中不可忽视的存在。上下级之间的沟通障碍除了主观上领导和下级个人方面的因素，还有客观上的因素如企业。本文从管理者和员工方面以及企业的组织结构、沟通机制、沟通工具等方面分析了如何促进上下级之间的有效沟通。 关键词：企业；沟通；障碍；策略

Summary: In the 21st century, the level of corporate performance communication problems and leaders spend time communicating on the length proportional between staff and leadership has become a business presence can’t be ignored. Communication barriers between the upper and lower levels in addition to the factors leading causes of lower personal aspects and factors that subjectively as well as objectively enterprise. Based on the causes obstacles from managers and employees as well as aspects of the organizational structure of the enterprise, communication mechanisms, communication tools analyze how to promote effective communication between the upper and lower levels.
