5.3.1 If finding that the sample and technical data provided by the customer are lacked, lost or damaged, related department responsible shall record in the “customer property condition report” and report to the engineering department timely which shall report to the customer so as not to influence contract fulfillment.

5.3.2对顾客财产（工装挂具，夹具和工位器具、检具）除进货验证外应定期检查，如发现顾客供产品缺少、丢失、损伤等不适用情况，使用部门应记录在“顾客财产情况报告单”，及时报告责任部门，由责任部门通知销售部门，由销售部门向顾客报告，以免影响合同履约。

5.3.2 Besides incoming quality control, regular inspection shall be conducted to the customer property (production hangers, clamp apparatus and work place tool chests and checking fixture); if finding that the customer property is lacked, lost or damaged, the department using it shall record in the “customer property condition report” and report to the department responsible timely which shall inform the sales dept. and the sales dept. shall report to the customer so as not to influence contract fulfillment. 5.4 顾客财产使用

5.4 Customer property using

5.4.1生产完结后，如顾客提供物料剩余，应退还仓库按顾客要求进行处理。

5.4.1 After production is finished, if there are surplus materials provided by the customer, send them back to the warehouse and dispose them according the requirement of the customer. 5.4.2在使用过程中对顾客提供样品和技术资料如发现缺少、丢失、损伤等不适用情况，发现人应及时报告工程部，由工程部向顾客报告，发现顾客提供的工装模具，夹具和工位器具、检具有损坏、丢失、不适用等情况，发现人应及时报告责任部门，由责任部门通知业务，由业务部向顾客报告，以免影响合同履约。

5.4.2 If finding that the sample and technical data provided by the customer are lacked, lost or damaged during use, the engineering department shall report to the customer; if finding that the production tooling mould, clamp apparatus and work place tool chests and checking fixture are damaged, lost or inapplicable, the finder shall report to the department responsible timely which
