Main menu→preprocessor→Modeling→Create→Volumes→Cylinder→By Dimensions，在框中输入“RAD=0.006 Z?＝-0.01 Z?=0.023”，点击OK。 19.减去5个小圆柱

20.（1）Main menu→preprocessor→Modeling→Operate→Booleans→Subtract→Volumes；

（2）先选择整体模型，点OK； （3）再选择5个小圆柱体，点OK。

3-3-2 TZ4007-20 有限元模型的求解

1.设定单元类型

（1）Element Type→Add/Edit/Delete;

（2）在“Element Type”对话框中点击“Add”按钮； (3)在左边框选“Structure Solid”； (4)在右边框选“Tet 10 node 92”； (5)点击OK； (6)点击Close。 2.定义材料属性

(1)Main menu→Preprocessor→Material Props→Material Models; (2)在“Define Material Behavior”对话框中点击右边框中的“Structural”→Linear→Elastic→Isotropic；

(3)在“Linear Isotropic Properties For Material Number 1”中的“EX”中输入“2e11”；

(4)在“PRXY”中输入“0.27”； (5)点击OK； (6)关闭该对话框。 3.划分网格

(1)Main menu →Preprocessor→Meshing→Meshing Tool； (2)在“Mesh Tool”对话框中，点取“Smart Size”； (3)将滑块拖拉到“6”； (4)点击Mesh；

(5)在“Mesh Volumes”拾取框中，点“Pick All”。 4.约束四个安装孔

(1)Main menu →Solution→Define Loads→Apply→Structural→Displacement→On Areas; (2)拾取4个孔的8个圆弧面； (3)点击OK。 5.约束底座

(1)Main menu →Solution→Define Loads→Apply→Structural→Displacement→On lines; (2)拾底边4条直线； (3)点击OK。 6.施加载荷

（1）Main menu →Solution→Define Loads→Apply→Structural→Pressure→On Areas;

（2）在“Apply PRES on Areas”拾取框中选取中间轴孔下面两个面； （3）在“VALUE”中输入“2e3”； （4）点击OK；

（5）Main menu →Solution→Define Loads→Apply→Structural→Pressure→On Areas;

（6）在“Apply PRES on Areas”拾取框上面两个安装孔的底面； （7）在“VALUE”中输入“6e3”； （8）点击OK。 7.求解

（5）Main menu→Solution→Solve→Current LS； （6）关闭“/STATUS Command”； （7）点击OK；

（8）在“Verify”中点“YES”。

3-3-3 TZ4007-20 有限元模型的分析结果

1.显示结果：

（1）Main menu→General Postproc→Plot Results→Contour Plot→Nodal Solu;

（2）在“Contour Nodal Solution Data”对话框中；

（3）左边框选Stress；

（4）右边框选Von Mises Stress； （5）点击OK。

2.显示结果：

（1）Main menu→General Postproc→Plot Results→Deformed； （2）在“Plot Deformed Shape”对话框中； （3）选择DEF+undformed按钮； （4）点击OK。
