3-2-2 TZ4007-19有限元模型的求解
1.设定单元类型
(1)Element Type→Add/Edit/Delete;
(2)在“Element Type”对话框中点击“Add”按钮; (3)在左边框选“Structure Solid”; (4)在右边框选“Tet 10 node 92”; (5)点击OK; (6)点击Close。 2.定义材料属性
(1)Main menu→Preprocessor→Material Props→Material Models; (2)在“Define Material Behavior”对话框中点击右边框中的“Structural”→Linear→Elastic→Isotropic;
(3)在“Linear Isotropic Properties For Material Number 1”中的“EX”中输入“2e11”;
(4)在“PRXY”中输入“0.27”; (5)点击OK; (6)关闭该对话框。 3.划分网格
(1)Main menu →Preprocessor→Meshing→Meshing Tool; (2)在“Mesh Tool”对话框中,点取“Smart Size”; (3)将滑块拖拉到“5”; (4)点击Mesh;
(5)在“Mesh Volumes”拾取框中,点“Pick All”。 4.约束底面
(1)Main menu →Solution→
Define Loads→Apply→Structural→Displacement→On Areas; (2)拾取地面; (3)点击OK 5.施加载荷
(1)Main menu →Solution→Define Loads→Apply→Structural→

Pressure→On Areas;
(2)在“Apply PRES on Areas”拾取框中选取左边凹槽表面; (3)在“VALUE”中输入“5000”; (4)点击OK;
(5)Main menu →Solution→Define Loads→Apply→Structural→Pressure→On Areas;
(6)在“Apply PRES on Areas”拾取框中选取右边凹槽表面; (7)在“VALUE”中输入“5000”; (8)点击OK。 6.求解
(1)Main menu→Solution→Solve→Current LS;
(2)关闭“/STATUS Command”; (3)点击OK;
(4)在“Verify”中点“YES”。
3-2-3 TZ4007-19有限元分析结果
1.矢量图显示结果:
(1)Main menu→General Postproc→Plot Results→Vector Plot→Predefined;
(2)在“Vector Plot of Predefined Vectors”对话框中; (3)左边框选DOF Solution; (4)右边框选Translation U; (5)点击OK。

2.用变形图显示结果:
(1)Main menu→General Postproc→Plot Results→Deformed; (2)在“Plot Deformed Shape”对话框中; (3)选择DEF+undformed按钮; (4)点击OK。
3-3-1 TZ4007-20 有限元模型的建造
1.设定文件名和标题
(5)文件名在启动时设置好
(6)Utility menu → Change Title...出现“Change Title”对话框; (7)在该框内输入“TZ4007-5”; (8)选择“OK”。 2.设定单位制
(3)在命令行输入“/UNITS,SI”,设为标准国际单位制; (4)按“Enter”键。 3.创建关键点
Main menu→preprocessor→Modeling→Create→Keypoints→In Actives CS; 在对话框中输入
NPT=1 X=0 Y=0 Z=0, 点击Apply; NPT=2 X=0.08 Y=0.035 Z=0, 点击Apply;

NPT=3 X=-0.08 Y=0.035 Z=0, 点击Apply; NPT=4 X=-0.08 Y=-0.035 Z=0, 点击Apply; NPT=5 X=0.08 Y=-0.035 Z=0, 点击OK; 4.创建线:
(1)Main menu→preprocessor→Modeling→Create→Lines→Straight Line;
(2)在“Create Straight...”拾取框中依次拾取关键点“2~5”,点击OK; 5.创建面
(1)Main menu→preprocessor→Modeling→Create→Areas→Arbitrary→By Lines,拾取已建的线;
(2)Main menu→preprocessor→Modeling→Create→Areas→Circle→Solid Circle;
(3)在“Solid Circular Area”对话框中,“Radius”输入“0.0225”,点击Apply;
(4)在WP X中输入“0.055”,在WP Y中输入“0.02”,在“Radius”输入“0.004”,点击Apply;
(5)在WP X中输入“-0.055”,在WP Y中输入“0.02”,在“Radius”输入“0.004”,点击OK。 6.建立3D模型
(1)Main menu→preprocessor→Modeling→Operate→Extrude→Areas→Along Lines;
(2)在“Extrude Area by Norm”对话框中选中刚建的平面,点击OK; (3)在“Extrude Area along Norm”对话框中,在DIST中输入“0.035”,点击OK。 7.Save_DB 8.移动坐标系
(1)Utility menu→Work Plane→Offset WP by Increments... (2)在“Offset WP”中输入“0.055,0.035,0.0175”回车; (3)在“XY,XZ,ZX Angles”中输入“0,90,0”回车。 9.建小圆柱体
Main menu→preprocessor→Modeling→Create→Volumes→Cylinder→By Dimensions,在框中输入“RAD=0.004 Z?=-0.01 Z?=0.028”,点击OK。 10.移动坐标系
