摘 要
鄂黄高速公路桥梁初步设计为30m的预应力混凝土简支箱形梁桥。该桥采用四车道布置。上部为装配式部分预应力混凝土简支箱梁。预制箱梁高1.6m,主梁间距3.2m。为降低主梁高度,减少预应力引起的上拱度,后张法预应力混凝土箱梁在设计荷载下按部分预应力混凝土A类构件设计,主梁配筋采用预应力筋和非预应力筋混合配筋。锚具采用OVM15—5型锚具,锚具变形钢筋回缩按4mm计。预制件在张拉钢绞线时混凝土的强度应达到85%以上方可张拉。下部桥墩为钢筋混凝土圆形双柱式墩,墩柱直径1.4m;桥墩基础为单排双列钻孔灌注桩基础,桩径1.6m。桥墩盖梁为连续墩盖梁,按简支梁计算盖梁内力及墩柱顶竖向反力。桩基采用为单排桩形式,间距7.6m。 关键词:预应力混凝土简支梁;箱梁; 桩基础; 桥梁

Abstract
The program of Guole Bridge from Baga to Jilin county preliminary design for 20m pre-stressed concrete free supported box girder bridge. This bridge has two driveway.The upside of bridge is the type of assembly partial prestressed reinforcement concrete simple underprop box girder. Prefabricating box girder has the tallness of 1.6m, the girder’s span length is 3.20m. In order to reduce the girder’s tallness, reduce the superior camber which the pre-stressed causes, the post tenioning pre-stressed concrete box girder under the designed load is designed according to the partical pre-stressed concrete A member, the girder adopt the mixed complex of the pre-stressed reinforcing steel bar and the non-pre-stressed reinforcing steel bar. The anchorage uses the OVM15-5 anchorage, the anchorage’s distortion and reinforcing steel bar’s shrinkage is according to the length of 4㎜. Pre-workpiece when pull the steel wring wire, the reinforcing steel bar can be tension until the concrete tensive intensity should only achieve above 85%. The pier of the bridge’s Infrastructure is the reinforced concrete circular distyle pillar, foot stall’s diameter is 1.4m; Pier’s bedrock for single line double row drill hole irrigation pile foundation, stake’s diameter is 1.6m. Bridge pier plate girder is continual pier plate girder which calculates plate pier’s internal force and the pier’s top vertical force according to the simple beam. Pile foundation use the single piling form, span 7.6m.
