摘要
本设计工程为多层钢结构轻工业厂房。该建筑采用钢结构纯框架体系、压型钢板组合楼板、双面复合彩钢夹芯板维护结构。基本抗震设防烈度为7度,场地类型为Ⅱ类。建筑平面长为84.24m,宽为17.64m,建筑面积约为8800m2。建筑共五层,地下一层。总高25.2 m。底层层高6.0 m,其余各层层高均为4.8m,地下室层高3.6m。
本建筑其功能分区独特,各自独立,但又相互联系,形成一个统一的整体。此外,建筑物规划也与周围环境相协调。本建筑的设计内容包括两部分:建筑设计和结构设计。
建筑部分主要包括总平面布置、车间平面布置、立面设计、剖面设计、详图设计。根据建筑的地理位置以及所要求的功能分区等设计依据并力求建筑物安全、实用、经济、美观,完成建筑设计说明及有关建筑施工图。
结构部分根据设计任务要求,选一榀横向承重框架作为计算模型,依次进行了结构布置、梁柱截面初选、荷载统计、内力计算、内力组合、梁柱截面验算,最后进行节点设计(梁柱连接节点、主次梁连接节点和柱脚连接节点)、桩基础设计、楼梯设计、雨篷设计等内容。其中,在竖向荷载作用下,框架内力计算采用弯矩二次分配法;在水平荷载作用下,框架内力计算采用D值法;楼梯采用梁式楼梯;基础采用柱下独立桩基础。最终完成了结构设计说明及二层结构平面布置图、框架节点图、基础平面布置图及基础详图、楼梯和雨篷详图等。

ABSTRACT
The multi-storey steel structure design engineering for the light industry factories. The building is made from steel net framework, pressure plate composite slabs, double-sided color steel sandwich composite structure maintenance. Basic seismic intensity of 7 degrees, the venue of type Class Ⅱ. Building plan length 84m, width 17.2m, gross floor area of approximately 8800m2. Building of five floors, basement. Total of its functional area, independent, yet interrelated, forming a unified whole. In
addition, the building planning is also in includes two parts: the architectural design and structural design.
Building section includes general layout, shop layout, facade design, profile design, detail design. According to the building's location and the required functions such as design basis and seeks to partition the building safe, practical, economic,
aesthetic,architectural design complete description and related construction plans.
Structure based in part on the design task requirements, choose one specimens of transverse load-bearing framework as a computational model, in turn conducted a structural
arrangement, beam and column primaries, load statistics, force calculation, force mix, checking beam cross-section, and finally the node design (beams and columns connecting node, primary and secondary beams connecting nodes and column foot
connecting node), pile foundation design, staircase design, awning design content. Among them, the vertical loads, the framework forces calculated using Moment Distribution Method; method using the D value; stairs using beam staircase; foundation pile foundation under column used. Finally completed the structural design description and story structure floorplan, frame node graph, basic floor plan and basic detailing, such as stairs and awning detail.
