Although 50% of the population in the United States will be over 65 by the year 2025, a situation faced by many countries, aging does not have to mean lower productivity and quality of life. In order to stay healthier and longer, many people are seeking out the time-tested wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. AGING MAY BE INEVITABLE, BUT POOR HEALTH IS NOT!

What You Eat: Diet is crucial to health and longevity. A diet that promotes longevity is high in fish and vegetables as well as mushrooms, seaweed, corn and wheat. It is low in animal products like red meat, chicken and duck.

F. Parrot – red, blue and green parrot from Australia. It’s a fun pet that you can teach to talk. But you should be careful as they can bite very hard. Only needs some seed and water once a day and its cage cleaned once a week. Cost: $ 45
