Step one: Lead-in
Show Ss some pictures about the school trip to Shexian(歙县) last term. Ask Ss some questions:

Activity one: Word study

I went to camp with my teacher and classmates this summer. We met
something quite strange this time and I believed I would never forget it. One afternoon, when we were having our supper we saw a man passing
and going towards the river. At first,nobody said anything about this,because no one wanted to be looked as stupid.Then no one dared to walk when we had to wash the dishes in the river.At last, we decided to find out what the man was doing. When we walked down to the bank, we found no one on the bank. This surprised us very much, because the man could only return by passing our camp and no one had seen the man leaving.
Step Three: Summary and homework
1. Ask Ss to describe their own experiences and share with their classmates. 2. Preview the lesson.
教学反思:今天是一堂典型的阅读课。教学过程较流畅,教学时间安排上也较合理。不足的地方,学生的参与度不是很高,只是停留在语言知识点的掌握,语言应用还不够充分。因此课堂活动开展的不是很理想,有些单调。
