Far away, in a forest outside Oslo, Norway, 1,000 new trees have been planted. After ninety-nine years, some of them will be cut down and used to make paper. The paper will be used to make an unusual book. The book will include 100 stories by 100 writers written over the things of 100 years. The forest and the book are parts of the Future Library. Scottish artist Katie Paterson started the program two years ago. “From 2014 to 2114, we’re asking one writer a year to write a story,” Paterson told TFK. The writers can decide what they want to write. However, Paterson has two very important rules. First, each writer has one year to write the story.
