摘 要
在微制造加工领域,微铣削因具有加工材料的多样性和能实现三维曲面加工的独特优势,近年来受到国内外学者越来越广泛的关注。本文首先分析了微细车铣削加工技术的国内外研究现状,然后设计了微细车铣削加工机床,主要包括车削模块设计、铣削模块设计、床身结构设计以及工作台设计。最后,应用三维制图软件Pro/Engineer绘制微细车铣削加工机床的零件图和总体装配图。

ABSTRACT
In micro manufacturing field, micro lathing machining and micro milling machining
have the unique advantages of machining more materials and realizing
three-dimensional surface processing, and attract more and more attention in domestic and foreign scholars in recent years. Firstly, This paper analyzed the micro lathing machining technology and micro milling machining technology research status at home and abroad. Secondly, a machine tool on micro lathing machining and micro milling machining was designed, the machine tool mainly includs a lathing module, a milling module, a support structural module and a worktable. Finally, the parts drawing and assembly drawing of the machine tool were drawn by the 3D graphics software Pro/Engineer.
