Recently,some top U.S economic officials argue that the exchange value between the RMB yuan and the U.S dollar is undervalued ,with the result that Renminbi should appreciate.The basis for their argument is that China has accumulated about ＄350 billion in foreign－currency reserves and over ＄ 122 billion in U.S government bonds.China has ,in that sense,become one of the biggest creditors to the United States,which has given China an upper hand over the United States.It is not difficult to understand why the United States worries about this.Before long,the Japanese were made the scapegoat who blamed for American economic process,since they were accused of grabbing the job opportunities of the American workers.And then was the Mexicans.Now it is China’s turn—saying that the Chinese are not fair and they go about exporting to the U.S by taking advantage of a cheap yuan which means lower unit costs of Chinese goods.

In this situation,their high-priced products not selling well,and their factory inventories building up lead to lay-offs or even worse,plant closings.Therefore,China economic policies should take the blame for unemployment in America.An argument of this kind can hardly hold water.Without American customers merchandising lower-priced Chinese products,they have to buy high-priced products of the same kind.So,money saved by merchandising Chinese products can be used to choose more capital or knowledge-intensive products made in the United States.The actual truth is that the real income of Americans actually increase by China exporting goods to the United States.

Seen from it ,it is absolutely the drinker’s intentions-not for the wine but for other things in mind—for the American government to complaint again and again about the “undervalued” Renminbi. 英译汉

The practical business of finding highly productive agents/distributors and joint ventures in the foreign market for many still remains an enigma.Often,US companies are relying on luck in-stead of strategy in identifying their international representation.
