1. 目的

此可靠性测试检验规范的目的是尽可能地挖掘由设计，制造或元器件所引发的电子部分潜在性问题，在正式生产之前寻找改善方法并解决上述问题点，为正式生产在产品质量上做必要的保证。 2. 范围

本规范仅适用于XXX公司手机电气特性测试。 3. 定义

UUT (Unit Under Test) 被测试手机

EVT (Engineering Verification/validate Test) 工程验证测试 DVT (Design Verification Test) 设计验证测试 PVT (Product Verification Test) 生产验证测试 4. 引用文件

总的样品需求为12台。 6. 测试项目及要求 6.1 初始化测试

6.1.1 外观功能检验

在实验前都首先需要进行初始化测试，以保证UUT没有存在功能上的不良。如果碰到外观上的不良则需要先记录然后开始试验。在实验后也要进行初始化测试，检验经过实验是否造成不良。具体测试请参见《成品检验规范》。 6.1.2 其他检验

6.1.2.1 内部结构检验

Purpose

This is to check if there isn’t any problem in the phone structure. Description

Guideline for internal inspection of DUT after the test. Procedure

Remove the cabinet, caps and shield and check following items:

1) Operability

2) Torque for screw

3) Wiring and its soldering

4) Soldering of parts and clearance with neighbor parts 5) Smoothness of moving-parts 6) Application of adhesive

7) Invasion of foreign substances

Pass/Fail Criteria:

Apart from the general pass/fail criteria the following results constitute a failure:

? Any damage including cabinet, shield, caps, PWB and battery

? Any wrong assembly

? Any change of performance 6.1.2.2 通话质量检验

Purpose

This test is to confirm the subjective sound quality of the phone.

Description

Check subjective quality of call and reception from Landline to mobile and from mobile to mobile. Procedure

Temperature: 23±5C Humidity: 35...70% rel. humidity

According to the below list, check transmission/reception voice quality between L-M/M-M (L=Land line phone, M=Mobile phone). The test is a subjective test depending on the test-person and network conditions. If telephone line is not available the cellular tester can replace it. Pass/fail criteria

Any deviation according to the table below must be reported for further investigation. Volume Not enough sound volume provided. Distortion at maximum volume. Voice quality The other party’s voice is distorted. Low/medium/high tones are not balanced.(Check them by both male and female voices). Echo Noticeable echo appears at either party on the phone. Incoming call during conversation Notification or ringer is not effective or too loud Noise Either background noise (e.g. Electrical film noise (backlight), 第 4 页
