Abstract

LONGPO reservoir is located in Haikou City, Hainan Province. The project in

March 1957 started construction， completed in 1972 and put into use. It is a mainly to irrigation, flood control, water supply aquaculture and so on. It is a overall efficiency of the small (2) reservoir. It is impact of most population and 900 acres of arable land. LONGPO reservoir is an V grade projects, for the five levels main buildings, the design flood is 10 years meets, as soon as the examination flood standard 50 years meet. It is designed for homogeneous earth, status crest elevation of 57.5m, long the main stream above the dam site 1.2km, the total capacity of 0.43 million m3.The dam has been seriously damaged and so on, the safe operation of the dam is extremely unfavorable to . The reinforcement project includes major refurbishment of the dam upstream slope reinforcement, repair downstream slope reinforcement, drainage facilities and the addition of the dam slope drainage system; spillway new-bulit，spillway, 32 meters，control section is set on bridge. Among them, the spillway banisters can meet the 5 m.

The main elements of design, including review of hydrological design flood, peak flow, as well as review of the flood largest discharge capacity of the spillway ,dam seepage and stability analysis, eliminating and reinforcement design, organized construction design etc.

Through the hydrological aspects of computing, we can design and verification test to calculate the water level, and finally the maximum spillway discharge capacity to review. The seepage through the dam to tell the dam stability analysis to determine whether there is danger and to take effective measures, thus eliminating danger of dam reached the purpose of reinforcement. 第1章 综合说明

1.1 概况

1.1.1 基本情况

龙坡水库位于海南省海口市琼山区红旗镇境内，属三十六曲溪。流域为珠碧江支流。其具体位置详见龙坡水库对外交通位置示意图。

坝址以上集雨面积0.97km，坝址以上河流长度1.2km，河流比降16‰。水库设计灌溉面积810亩，实际灌溉面积900亩，是一宗以灌溉为主，兼有养殖等综合利用的小(2)型水利工程。此外水库影响下游部分地区群众的生命财产安全及下游约900亩耕地的防洪安全。

龙坡水库于1957年3月动工兴建，1972年11月竣工完成，并发挥效益，2004年对大坝迎水面砼护坡、背水面草皮护坡加固、新建启闭机室。

水库水库现状大坝设计洪水标准无资料；现状水库特征水位：水库正常蓄水位55.00m，设计洪水位55.80m，校核洪水位56.50m，死水位47.7m，正常库容33.3万m3，总库容43万m3。

本水库是一座以灌溉为主的小（2）型水库。枢纽工程由大坝、输水涵管组成。 龙坡水库枢纽工程建筑物主要有：大坝1座、输水涵管1座。

大坝为均质土坝，坝顶长220m，宽4.0m；现实测坝顶高程57.50m；最大坝高10.0m；坝顶为泥土路面，上游采用砼护砌，坡度1：2.5；下游为草皮护坡，坡比1：2.0，下游50.9m位置设有0.8m宽马道；无坝肩排水系统，下游贴坡排水失效，坝脚渗漏积水严重。

水库无溢洪道。

输水涵管位于大坝右坝肩，为浆砌石方涵，尺寸0.65m×1.0m，出口底高程47.50m，进口底高程47.70m；进口设有铸铁转动门盖，绞车启闭，现启闭设备老化锈蚀严重，松动漏水，启闭机室整体较好。

1.1.2 水文气象

本流域属于亚热带海洋气候，春季温暖少雨多旱，夏季高温多雨，秋季多台风暴雨，冬季冷气流侵袭时有阵寒。全年日照时间长，辐射能量大，年平均日照时数2000小时以上；年平均气温23.8℃，最高平均气温28℃左右，最低平均气温18℃左右，年无霜期346

天；多年平均降雨量1830mm，多年平均径流深860mm，坝址处多年平均来水量83万m3。

1.1.3 工程地质

龙坡水库库坝区地震动峰值加速度为0.30g，相应地震基本烈度8度。库坝区区域构造稳定性分级属构造稳定性较差区域。

库区地处火山岩剥蚀准平原地貌单元，库区周边山坡总体稳定性较好；因没有大型冲沟发育，且植被茂密，故不存在发生泥石流或大体积固体径流的条件，库区周边没有发育深大沟谷，库盆完整，不会产生永久性邻谷渗漏。所以，就库盆地形、地质条件而言，能够保障水库的安全运行。

坝基浅部主要由第四系冲洪积相沉积的①高液限粘土、更新统道堂组一段玄武岩残坡积的②高液限粘土和③全风化玄武岩组成。坝体由玄武岩残坡积土的高液限粘土填筑而成，土料各项质量指标基本符合规范要求，但由于填筑时压实程度不够，坝体土局部段较疏松。坝体及坝基接触不紧密、结合较差，存在接触冲刷渗漏隐患。

输水涵管由两种不同型式的管式衔接而成，管身与周边土体存在冲刷渗漏隐患。基础置于②高液限粘土之上。

水库未设溢洪道，如不能及时宣泄规划库容所不能容纳的洪水，遇特大洪水时有漫坝的危险。
