会计学

厦门大学会计学科创建于1924年，拥有全国一流的财经学科群体，会计学名列全国第一，培养了中国第一个经济学硕士、第一个经济学博士、第一个会计学博士、第一个审计学博士，第一个会计学博士后，拥有中国最多的会计学、审计学和财务学博导，培养了全国近1/3的会计学博士，MBA校友中有将近1/3从事财务和投资管理类工作，近百名成为了大企业的财务总监，被誉为“CFO的黄埔军校”。

优势：货币银行学和保险学实力比较强，学校环境优美，有好的老师(如张亦春、江曙霞、郑振龙、林宝清等)学生素质比较高。还有，厦门大学的经济管理学科整体上很强，如财政学，会计学都是国家重点学科，所以学校也很重视。所以学生的知识面和资源享受方面有一定优势。

本专业主要从组织管理、营销管理、人力资源管理、国际企业管理等工商企业管理的主要职能以及计算机和信息技术的应用等方面教学和训练来体现我校工商管理专业的特点，使学生成为能适应现代生产经营与科技进步，具备分析企业包括财务和会计等在内的各类门体的综合能力的专业管理人才。

在培养方面要求学生不仅要按计划学好管理理论及实务课程，还要在信息技术、计算机及网络应用、外语及数学等方面打好扎实的基础，具备较高的现代管理技能、自学习和自组织的创新能力。

学生在完成两年的基础课和管理类必修课学习后，可以从工商管理、旅游管理、市场营销、人力资源管理等四个方面选择专业方向，进行专业知识的学习和相关能力的培养。

就业方向：随着管理教学的普及和不断深入，去年，我国各种管理人员总数达3800万人，其中包括了国家机关的公务员600万人，在未来20年内，即2020年前，我国将继续持管理人员数量大国的地位，中国所需各类管理人员1000-1300万人，是中国就业人数较多的行业和热门职业。
