Abstract£ºStepping motors is a pulse signal transformation into a corresponding angular displacement (or linear displacement) electromagnetic device, is a special kind of motor. Stepper motor due to its good performance and accuracy, the open loop system composed of is simple, cheap, and very feasible, therefore in the printer and other office automation equipment and various control device and so on varies domain has extremely extensive application. This paper introduces to 51 series microcontroller AT89C51 as control core designed by stepping motor control system, written in C out motor are turning, inversion, accelerate, slowing down, stop procedures, through the MCU, motor drive chip ULN2004 and corresponding button above functions, and realize the working state of the stepper motor with corresponding led displayed. This paper introduces the contents of stepping motor and single-chip microcomputer principle, the system of the hardware circuit and program of software and hardware, and the debugging, and introduces the debugging process problems and methods to solve the problems. This design has ideas clearly, high reliability, strong stability by commissioning etc, realized the function.
