生产车间初步工艺设计
摘要
邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,简称DOP。分 子 式:C24H38O4 是重要的通用型增塑剂,是目前国内外用量最大的增塑剂之一,广泛用于橡胶、塑料和医药工业用途广泛,在国民经济中占有十分重要的地位。经过分析比较各种生产原料、合成工艺后,本设计工艺流程是采用串联多釜反应器连续酯化技术,催化剂是采用氧化铝与辛酸亚锡以1:1比例复配催化剂年产8万吨邻苯二甲酸二辛酯,以满足国内需求。
本设计遵循“技术成熟,工艺先进、设备配置科学、环保安全、经济效益”等原则,在比较国内外各种先进生产方法、工艺流程和设备配置基础上,选用是从苯酐和异辛醇出发经过酯化反应、脱醇、精制得到产品的工艺路线生产邻苯二甲酸二辛酯。设计的重点是生产工艺设计论证、工艺计算及设备设计选型,附有带控制点的工艺流程图,主要生产设备结构尺寸图,生产车间的设备配置图。最后部分考虑环境保护和劳动安全,以达到减少“三废”排放,加强“三废”治理,确保安全生产,消除并尽可能减少工厂生产对职工的伤害。

Abstract
Dioctyl phthalate ,referred to as DOP, Molecular Formula:
C24H38O4 .It is important to general-purpose plasticizer and has become the largest amount used of plasticizerthe at home and abroad, now it is widely used in rubber, plastics and pharmaceutical industry, plays an important role in the national economy. After analysis and comparison of various raw materials, synthesis, the design process is the use of multi-tank reactors in series continuous esterification technology, the catalyst is alumina with a 1:1 ratio of Sn catalyst compound annual output of 100,000 tons Dioctyl phthalate, to meet domestic demand.
The design follows the \technology, advanced technology, equipment configuration scientific, environmental safety, economic efficiency,\the principle of reciprocity. After comparing domestic and foreign advanced production methods, process and equipment configuration , the choices are starting from phthalic anhydride and iso-octanol after esterification, de alcohol, refined by product line production process octyl phthalate. Design for production process design argument, the design of facilities and process selection, with a flow chart with control points, the main production equipment and size chart, workshop equipment configuration diagram. The last part is about
