汽车座椅头枕冲击试验装置设计 摘要： 汽车座椅头枕是汽车上与人体接触最密切的部件，汽车座椅不但要乘坐舒适，还应能承受人体重量，同时还应能经受车辆诸如起步、加速、制动等重复动作和碰撞事故的冲击，汽车座椅头枕是汽车上重要的被动安全系统之一。每年的汽车乘员伤亡事故中，有相当大的比例是有成员与座椅的二次碰撞或车辆固定件失效一起的。因此,国家和行业制定了一系列的技术标准和试验方法, 对汽车座椅头枕的要求越来越严格。 本文主要介绍汽车座椅和根据国标、行业标准及试验方法研制汽车座椅头枕冲击试验装置。. 关键词: 汽车座椅 汽车座椅试验 试验设备研制 河北工业大学城市学院2012届毕业设计说明书

Car Seat and Headrest Impact Test Design of the Device Abstract ： Car seat and headrest is a part car with human body contact most closely ，Car seat not only want to take the comfortable, should also be able to withstand the human body weight, also should be able to withstand vehicles such as the beginning, accelerate, brake repetitive movements and the impact of the crash. car seat headrest is important in the car of the passive safety system . The crew accidents each year that a large proportion of the members and the seat is a secondary collision or vehicle fixed a failure cause. Therefore, the nation and industry to develop a series of technical standard and test methods of car seat headrest requirements more and more strictly. This paper mainly introduces the car seats according to the national standard, the industry standard and test methods ，to develop car seat and headrest impact test device. .
