1 综合说明

1.1 概述

某镇某村委会四角楼村拟建一蓄水山塘,该山塘位于某镇所在地的东南边,距离惠河高速公路约1.5公里,其中,四角楼山塘主要以蓄水供水为主,是该区用水骨干工程。受益村主要有四角楼村,龙屋村小组及其周边村,受益人口9000人。

1.2 水文气象

本地区属南亚热带季风区气候,高温多雨。多年平均降雨量1795mm,多年平均径流深1000mm,降水多集中在4月~9月,约占全年降水量的83.5%。某县气象站实测多年平均最大风速(10分钟平均风速)为16.3m/s。

1.3 工程任务和规模

该工程位于某镇所在地的东南边,水资源丰富。随着经济快速发展,工厂企业和居住人口增多,用水量大幅度增加,目前,企业供水和居民用水日见短缺,成为一个严重的问题。

四角楼山塘工程计划在某河六级电站下游河流山口的地方(某四角楼村)筑坝蓄水,形成蓄水山塘,同时在蓄水坝修建放水涵管放水供人、企业使用。
