As the living standard goes up day by day, people begin to pay more attention to their health. So what should we do to keep healthy? Here’re some tips as follows.

Firstly, it’s necessary to keep a balanced diet. Healthy body is based on healthy diet after all. Secondly, it’s important to do regular exercises. And you had better make it a routine if you want to build up your health for a long term. Thirdly, it’s essential to keep high mood. That means we need to find a way to renew our spirits and release our stress.

We are bound to keep healthy as long as we stick to these tips!

My Favorite Season

My favourite season is autumn. It is a harvest season. Farmers are all busy getting in the crops. There are lots of different fruits in the season, such as apples, oranges, bananas and so on.

The Mid-Autumn Festival is the Chinese traditional festival in autumn. People often have a big family dinner to celebrate it. The whole family have mooncakes and admire the full moon in the open air at night.

It is cool in autumn. So autumn is a good season to travel. National Day is on October 1. Lots of people go out for a trip during the holiday. We can learn a lot about the history of our country from the trip.

There are many beautiful flowers in autumn. Chrysanthemums are the most popular. They have a sweet smell.

I like autumn best.

Private Cars

Nowadays, cars have become one of the most important parts of our life. With the development of economy, more and more private cars appear in the street. Cars make it more convenient for people to go out. But at the same time they still cause a lot of problems.

On the one hand, the pollution is becoming more and more serious, which is caused by poisonous gases and noise from cars. As we all know, they have a bad effect on our bodies. On the other hand, some new drivers can lead to traffic accidents easily. This is why the traffic jams frequently occur.

In order to deal with these problems, we should not only protect the environment and keep the air clean but all encourage people to choose public transport when going out instead of driving their cars. The government is supposed to take effective measures to control the number of private cars. As for the factories, it’s their responsibility to develop new environmental friendly technology to reduce the environmental pollution and we should spare no effort to find some new methods to prevent cars polluting the environment.

In a nutshell, it is high time for us to do our bits to protect the environment.
