1． 询问与描述人物外貌：

What does / do + 主语 + look like? ……长得什么样？ 如 What do you look like? 或者What does she/he look like? 辨析：look like 和 be like

look like 意为“看上去像......”，指外貌。be like意为“像......一样”，指品德、性格、脾气等，更多侧重表示人的个性特征。
