Our habits are what shape us---our words, our behavior, and even our life itself. 36 ? Pity yourself.
All bad habits start with never-ending pity for your unhappy self and talking endlessly about your bad luck. Your figure, ine, education, apartment, the weather, and even the tiniest inconvenience can bee a cause for feeling upset. Those who develop the habit of pitying themselves lose the sympathy (同情) of people around them. 37

Some people think that happiness can be achieved by having lots of money and that you can’t really enjoy life if you don’t wear fancy clothes, live in a big house or drive an expensive car. 38 Instead, they think it’s their ability to attract it. ? Stay away from your relatives.
