1. Role Purpose Statement

Take charge all new project and products sourcing, 2nd suppliers sourcing and cost down, search new potential suppliers, arrange related audit and follow up sample submitting and qualification,

development current suppliers , negotiate with suppliers for the price and SMI process, to lead new supplier joins us.

3. Responsibility

3.1 Primary Responsibility

1) Search new suppliers in marketing, establish potential suppliers list.

2) Arrange QS audit for potential suppliers, set up suppliers’ evaluation files.

3) Establish qualified suppliers list , include capacity, main product, and process . 4) Search and negotiate with suppliers for new items’ quotation.

5) Follow up suppliers’ sample submitting and qualified schedule, till to approve.

6) Arrange suppliers’ new product pilot run after approved, and pass to buyer to follow.

3.2 Secondary Responsibility

1) Choose the excellent suppliers; include price, services and quality.

2) Maintain and keep good relationship with all suppliers, establish good suppliers base.

3) Discuss with suppliers SMI process, ensure most of suppliers can accept our SMI before join us. 4) Cooperate with section manager and material manager to finish related job.

4. Job Requirements

4.1 Education Qualification

1) above college , university degree in Business management

2) At least 2 years purchase , material planning or relevant work experience, should understand

suppliers management and evaluation method and process.

4.2 Knowledge & Skills

1) Good written English is must.

2) Have potential number control ability.

3) Good communication and negotiation skills.

4.3 Personal Attributes

1) Good relationship with others.

2) Have high responsibility for the job.

3) Self-confidence, honesty and responsible.

4.4 Experience

1) Good knowledge for the office-soft.

2) Good written and Speaking English is preferred. 3) At least 2 or above material experience

4) SMI understanding and large suppliers base will be an added advantage

1) Able to work under conditions of heavy pressure and time constraint.

1) Can success to search new item’s suppliers and quotation timely (within 3 days) 2) Get better price, less than marketing price.

3) All new suppliers SMI implemented should be excess 90%.
