由表4-5，4-6可以看出，灌胃给予Neoral和CyA-L100-NP后，两种制剂在脾及肾中药物达峰时间Tmax发生了变化，CyA-L100-NP组在脾及肾中的Tmax分别为1.5h和0.5h，比Neoral组分别延迟和提前了0.5h。t检验和方差分析可知CyA-L100-NP组在血液中的Cmax显著高于Neoral组，在其他组织中（除心外），大部分时间点与Neoral组相比具有显著性差异（P ＜0.05），表明
