Congratulations! It is our great pleasure to inform you that your paper quoted above has been accepted for presentation at the 3rd International Workshop on Computer Science and Engineering (WCSE 2010) as the Regular Papers, to be held from December? 25 to 27, 2010, in Ganzhou, China. The WCSE 2010 conference proceedings will be published by the IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and the papers in the proceedings will be submitted to Ei Compendex and ISTP for indexing, and IEEE Xplore. WCSE 2010 received over 210 submissions from all over the world; only 90 papers are accepted as Regular Papers.

To assure that your paper is included in the proceedings and submitted for indexing

to INSPEC, EI, ISTP, IEEE Xplore, you must closely follow the instructions and observe

the deadlines below:

1. The reviewer comments are intended to help you improve your paper before publication. Please revise your paper with considerations of these review comments and refer to attached template.

2. Closely follow the IEEE CS format requirements, because incorrectly formatted papers cannot be included in the proceedings or indexed in EI/ISTP. Kindly send your revised paper to) before Nov. 25, 2010.

3. If your revised paper is ok,the Papers Author Kits of the Publishing Services of the IEEE will follow in the separate email in the next couple of days to you and the final paper must be uploaded to the IEEE system by , 2010.

4. Each paper must have a dedicated registration (Registration fee: US$450, or RMB￥2800; IEEE member or Student registration fee: US$400, or RMB￥2680) with full payment received by , 2010 for the paper to be included in the proceedings (multiple papers will require multiple registrations). This registration fee will cover a paper no longer than 5 pages. Extra Page Charge per page over this 5-page limit is US$50, or RMB￥350. These payments must also be received by , 2010 for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

Please note that if any of the above requirements are not met by the deadlines, your paper cannot be included in the conference proceedings. Your cooperation is very much appreciated.
