Greet the class as usual and check the homework.Step 2 Presentation 1.Learn the new words:

amusement , amusement park , somewhere , water park , camera First,show the words on the screen and ask students to read them one by one .Then give students several minutes to read them.After that ask students to read them together. Finally,invite some students to read the words. 2.Ask and Answer

Lead students to have a look at the pictures and talk about them.

T:Can you tell me what place this is ?

Ss:It’s a space museum/ a history museum/ an amusement park/ a water park/ an art museum … .

T: Have you ever been to a space museum/ a history museum/ an amusement park/ a water park/

an art museum…?

S: Yes , I have. / No , I haven’t.

T:Ok,Which of these places would you like to visit?Now open your books and turn to page 65. Look at the picture. What places can you see in the picture ?

3.Teach Activity1a

Which of these places would you like to visit? Rank them from 1(most) to 6 (least).

First , ask some students to read the words . Then ask Ss to work it alone. Finally , read the words together. Step 3 Practice

1.Read the conversation in the picture of 1a. First , ask the students to read it aloud. Then ask two students to read it aloud.

After that choose the best answer. Finally check their answers.

Explain some language points:

(1)have been to…表示某人去过某地，现在已经回来了，可 用于各种人称(注意：第三人称单数用has)。如： I have been to Shanghai .

我去过上海。

He has been to America. 他去过美国。

Have you ever been to Paris ? 你曾经去过巴黎吗？

（2）ever 是副词，意为“曾经，以前，无论何时” （3）Me , neither. 是口语化的简落回答。一般情况下用 Neither have I . 这是一种否定倒装句，表示主语所做的动作 与前面提到过的人或事相同，是为了避免语言重复，其结构是： be/助动词/情态动词+主语。时态要与前一句保持一致，而数要与其后的主语一致。如：他不会游泳，我也不会游泳。 He can’t swim. Neither can I. 我不喜欢数学，他也不喜欢数学。
