前 言

根据重庆市城乡建设委员会《关于印发2010年工程建设标准制订、修订项目计划的通知》（渝建[2010]265号）的要求，会同有关单位共同编制完成了本标准。在制编过程中，编制组进行了广泛的调查研究，参照建设部、交通部的有关标准和规范，结合多年来实际工作经验，经过反复讨论、修改并在充分征求意见的基础上形成了本标准。

本标准主要内容包括：1.总则；2.术语；3. 基本规定；4. 桥梁及其附属设施移交要求；5. 移交设施技术状况的检测及评估；6. 工程缺陷责任期；7. 管理用房移交要求；8. 桥梁养护手册；9. 移交设施的资料要求；10. 大桥安全保护区。

本标准由重庆市城乡建设委员会负责管理，重庆市城投路桥管理有限公司负责具体技术内容解释。在本标准的实施、应用过程中，希望各单位注意收集资料，总结经验，并将需要修改、补充的意见和有关资料交重庆市城投路桥管理有限公司（重庆市南岸区铜元局新村19号，邮编：400060，电话：62300263，传真：62813098）。以便今后修订时参考。
