摘 要
本文用溶胶-凝胶法合成了LED用Ca3SiO4Br2: Sm3+, Ce3+荧光粉,利用粉末X射线衍射(PXRD)、荧光光谱对合成的荧光粉进行了表征。探讨了不同浓度的Sm3+, Ce3+稀土离子单掺和双掺对荧光粉的发光颜色和发光性质以及Ce3+与Sm3+之间的相互作用。X-射线衍射谱表明少量的稀土离子掺杂不会改变基质的物相结构;荧光粉Ca3SiO4Br2: 0.02Sm3+, 0.01Ce3+在360 nm的激发光下发射出明亮的蓝紫色光,Ce3+→Sm3+有着比较显著的能量传递。

ABSTRACT
In this paper, Ca3SiO4Br2: Sm3+ and Ce3+ phosphors were synthesized by sol - gel method. The synthesized phosphors were characterized by powder X - ray diffraction (PXRD) and fluorescence spectroscopy. The luminescent and luminescent properties of Sm3+, Ce3+ rare earth ion monodisperse and double doped phosphor were discussed. The interaction between Ce3+ and Sm3+ was also discussed. X-ray diffraction spectra show that a small amount of rare earth ion doping does not change the phase structure of the matrix. Phosphor Ca3SiO4Br2: 0.02Sm3+,0.01Ce3+ emits bright blue-violet light at 360 nm excitation light, and Ce3+ → Sm3+ The energy transfer.
