论文主要对平顶山中房?印象?听雨苑3#楼基础设计地基基础进行设计论证。本工程地下一层,地上11.5层,框架剪力墙结构形式;地上总建筑面积:9142.18m2地下建筑面积775.42 m2。

论文的设计依据主要是根据周边环境、场地岩土工程性质、地下水的情况、根据相应的资料和结合西安地区相关类似的工程经验对基础的尺寸、配筋和地基承载力进行计算。在计算上部荷载时通过相应的规范进行查找计算。

基础的设计方法:根据上部结构和资料计算上部荷载和地基土的承载力计算;确定基础形式;地基土是否需要进行降水处理、是否要进行防腐蚀处理和在冻土层中该怎么设计等。需要计算基础的地面尺寸、基础的高度、基础的配筋。基础在进行地基基础的抗冲切验算和基础的变形验算。

Abstract

The main thesis of Pingdingshan impression in the room ? yinxiang? Machines Court # 3 basic foundation design floor design argument. The project basement, ground floor 11.5, the framework in the form of shear wall structure; total ground floor area: 9142.18m2 underground construction area of 775.42 m2.

The design is mainly based on the paper according to the situation surrounding environment, site geotechnical properties, groundwater, according to the corresponding data and combined with relevant experience in similar projects in Xi'an on the basis of size, reinforcement and foundation bearing capacity calculations. In calculating the upper load lookup calculated by the corresponding specification.

Based design approach: the upper load bearing capacity of the foundation soil and the upper structure and data calculated according to; determine basic forms; whether the soil needs to precipitation treatment, whether you want to be protected against corrosion and how in the permafrost layer design. Be calculated based on the size of the ground, the height of the foundation, the foundation reinforcement. Basis during the checking of foundation and foundation of punching shear deformation checking.
