聚焦内涵,提升质量——2010年上海学前教育年会
Focus On Connotation, Promote Quality-annual pre-school education annual meeting ,2010shanghai 近年来,围绕贯彻落实《上海市学前教育三年行动计划》,上海市学前教育界在“确保公益、促进均衡、提升内涵、激发活力”思想指导下,强化政府公共服务职能和责任,加大郊区农村园舍建设力度,积极推进学前教育的改革和发展,形成了城乡学前教育资源布局基本合理,各级各类幼儿园办学条件普遍改善;幼儿园保教人员学历基本达标,专任教师专业发展能力大幅提高;全市自出生到3岁儿童的家长及看护人员普遍接受每年4次以上的科学育儿指导,98%以上常住人口中的3-6岁儿童能够就近接受3年学前教育;幼儿园办学质量、家长满意率和社会信誉度明显提高,幼儿身心发展健康活泼的良好格局。 In recent years, under the guide of ‘ensure public interestpromote balance, increase connotation, enhance vigor ’, shanghai educational circles has been implementing Shanghai Three Years Action Plan for Pre-school Education with strengthening governments functions and responsibility .The government enforces the momentum to build more gardenhouse in rural area actively, propels reforms and development of preschool education to balance the allocation of educational resources more reasonably in rural and urban area. All forms of kindergarten at all levels has improved their running school conditions ,where the education background of most children carershas reached the standard; full time teachers capability of professional development has increased notably. parents and babysitters of 0-3 years in the city generally obtain scientifically child rearing four times every year. Among over 98% of permanent resident population, 3-6 years have opportunity to obtain 3-year pre-school education. There is a big rising in running-school quality of kindergartens and satisfaction rate of parents and social reputation. children’s mental and physic Health has improved strikingly.
即将颁布的国家和本市《中长期教育改革和发展纲要》对未来学前教育的事业发展提出了新的目标和要求,认真回顾总结,积极开拓创新,探索改革新路,再创发展业绩,成为全体学前教育工作者的新命题。 两年一度的上海学前教育年会坚持面向学前教育改革和发展实际,为学前教育工作者的科学研究和创新实践搭建了对话交流、互动研讨的平台,成为促进上海市学前教育事业发展和教师专业成长的有效手段。2010年上海学前教育年会将进一步发挥以上特点,聚焦内涵发展,关注质量提升,通过各层面学前教育工作者的回顾反思、对话交流进和互动研讨,梳理实践经验,总结教育规律,明确发展方向,以此进一步推进本市学前教育事业的优质和均衡发展。
经过广泛听取各方意见和建议,本届年会组委会特向全体学前教育工作者发出征文通知,欢迎大家踊跃投稿,积极参与。The “long-term education reform and development program” which will
be issued soon by the state and Shanghai raises new goals and requirements for the future development of. This is a new proposition for all pre-school educators, they shall careful review and sum up, active exploration and innovation, explore a new path of reform and create new development performance.
The biennial Shanghai Pre-school Education Conference insists on pre-school education reform and practical development, build dialogue & exchange and interactive discussion platform for pre-school educators to do scientific research and innovative practice,
which becomes the effective means of promoting the development of the pre-school education and the teachers professional growth. 2010 Shanghai Pre-school Education Conference will further play on the above characteristics, focusing on inside development and quality improvement, promote high-quality and balanced development of the pre-school education through the review, dialogue & exchange and interactive discussion of the pre-school educators at all levels, sort of practical experience, sum up education law and clear the direction of development.
After listening to all opinions and recommendations, the organizing committee issues a notice to all pre-school educators for active contributor and participation.
Meeting time:Nov.21(Sunday afternoon) and Nov.22(the whole Monday)

(1)内容自选(亦可参考附录部分由年会组委会提供的征文选题)。
(2)文体以研究论文、经验总结和案例(活动设计与评析、教育叙事故事、个案记录与分析)
为主。投稿请写明:题目、作者单位与姓名、联系方式(手机、E-mail)。 (3)征文字数为1500—4500字。
投稿方式:以电子稿形式投送。上传文稿请上网至上海学前教育网主页“2010年上海学前教育年会”专栏,点击“投稿”图标上传即可。 征文评审:
(1)年会组委会将组织专家评审组对所投稿件进行评审。
(2)推选优秀稿件及作者参加本届年会专题研讨活动并参与现场交流发言。 (3)汇编本届年会征文集一册;入选征文作者将获得由本届年会组委会颁发的证书。
