您提到的是嵌入型的策略教学方式。嵌入式策略教学指在日常教学之中进行策略培训，就是您所说的在正常的英语教学中渗透学习策略的培养。通常来说在课堂教学中教师都会侧重某个项目（语法、词汇等）或技能（听、说、读、写），而每一项都会有相应的方法和技巧。因此在教学过程的设计中就可以穿插一些学习策略的培养。当然，您也可以进行独立式的策略教学。
