摘 要

本文从三联超市配送中心的储存与拣货作业的问题入手，通过实地调研分析三联超市配送中心的储存与拣货作业现状，提出三联超市配送中心在储存作业方面存在仓库面积利用率低、存货不够合理及节期囤货严重问题，通过储存空间规划、多重ABC法及供应商实施品类管理战略对其进行改善，提高仓库的储存率。提出拣货作业方面存在拣货效率低下、物料搬运方法不合理问题，通过优化拣货策略以及规划货物搬运方式予以解决，最终达到提高物流中心运作水平和资源利用率的目的。本文提出的三联超市配送中心储存与拣货作业对策，不仅有利于实现三联超市资源的优化组合，提高商品流通率，而且帮助推动本土超市行业的发展，更加有效地满足消费者需求。

ABSTRACT

This paper started from the Sanlian supermarket distribution center storage and picking problems, analyzed the storage and picking status of Sanlian supermarket distribution center through field research, proposed problems exist in the storage operation in Sanlian supermarket distribution centers, such as low warehouse operations area utilization rate, unreasonable inventory and serious festival stockpile, and improved these problems through storing spatial planning, multi-ABC method and Vendor Managed Category management, and increased warehouse storage rate. Proposed inefficient picking, irrational material handling methods problems in picking operation, solved it by optimizing the picking strategy and planning cargo handling methods, and ultimately to improve the level of logistics center operations and resource utilization. The storage and picking measures presented in this paper not only help to achieve the optimal combination of Sanlian supermarket resources, improve the circulation of commodities rates, but also help to promote the local supermarket industry, more efficiently meet consumer demand.
