LGKK型扩径导线的中心采用镀锌软管涂“FZ903”防蚀脂后支撑扩径,见图一所示;而新型软母线LGJK型则是钢芯上用硬圆铝线采用疏绞方式支撑扩径,见图二所示,两者比较,LGJK有以下优点:

1、LGJK型系列导线中没有金属软管,导线的原材料费用比LGKK型系列导线低。 2、LGJK型系列导线的使用寿命LGKK型系列导线长。因为LGJK型导线的使用寿命取决于镀锌钢丝,而LGKK型导线的使用寿命取决于金属软管,镀锌金属软管壁薄,且耐腐性与导性中的铝线、钢线不匹配。

3、LGJK型导线的隐患比LGKK型导线少,有利于电站安全运行。电站用软母线在使用时采用“T”型压接易造成金属软管压扁、压破,严重时会造成导线积水。成为导线运行时的严重隐患;而LGJK型导线的钢芯强度高,难于压扁压破,无此隐患。

4、LGJK型系列母线可适用于变电站中各级回路载流的需要,能增加电站设计的灵活性,尤其LGJK型大截面导线外径较大,更适合海拔电站使用,而LGKK型导线则不具备上述优点。

5、LGJK型系列母线最外层铝线排布均匀紧密,具有良好的抗电干扰及减少电晕损失的优点;而LGKK型系列导线由于金属软管外径偏差较大,必须导致导线结构不稳定或产生松股,凸线等现象,从而降低导线的电性能。

6、LGJK型系列软母线的长期使用温度为80℃。80℃时载流量可提高20%以上,因而产品经济效益较好。

7、LGKK型导线在绞制生产时,因金属软管短,焊接次数多,因而软管强度不高,且外径偏差大,造成产品合格率低,制造时劳动强度大;而LGJK型系列软母线在绞制时操作相对简单,可保证产品质量的稳定性。 Using properties

The center of type LGKK is made of galvanized flexible tube coated with “FZ903”anti-corrosive grease and enlarged, please see figure 1. The center of type LGJK is made of steel core sparsely by hard aluminum wires and enlarged, please see fig.2. Comparing the two models, the advantages of LGJK are as below:

1 As the center of type LGJK is metal flexible tube, the cost of LGJK is cheaper than that of LGKK.

2 Using life of LGJK series is longer than that of LGKK, because the life of LGJK depends on galvanized steel wire but the life of LGKK depends on flexible tube, of which tube wall is thin and does not match the aluminum and steel wires very well. 3 The hidden perils for LGJK are smaller than that of LGKK. 4 Only type LGJK bus is suitable for very stages circuit of power station. And the conductor of large sectional area is suitable for power station in a high elevation.

5 Type LGJK series have advantages on anti-radio characteristics and reducing corona loss, because the outmost layer of aluminum wire are arranged close together and well distributed. 6 The continuous operating temperature of LGJK bus series is 80℃. The current capacity at 80℃ is able to be increased 20% higher. 7 The quality of type LGJK is more stable than that of LGKK, because the production procedure is competitive easier than that of LGKK.
