宁波金融生态环境优化研究

摘 要

金融生态环境对一国或一个地区经济发展的意义很重大。在国家政策和金融机构的支持下，宁波经济振兴实现了良好的开端，但是宁波金融生态环境还存在很多问题，制约着宁波经济的发展。因此，加强区域金融生态环境建设，成为宁波地区的重要课题。

本文运用金融生态理论，结合宁波地区的实际金融生态环境，提出了建设宁波地区良好的金融生态环境的意见。全文分为五个章节来阐述了宁波金融生态环境的优化问题，主要从三个方面进行了分析。首先，介绍了金融生态的内涵、决定要素，金融生态的主体及其倾向。还有宁波的金融生态发展和区域经济的关系。然后，分析了当前宁波地区金融生态的发展现状。经过多年的努力，宁波地区金融生态环境有了很大改观，金融生态环境系统不断优化、融资渠道逐渐多元化、存贷款规模有所增长，存贷比例日趋合理。但是，宁波的金融基础还是比较脆弱的，债权、产权、社会诚信问题还需亟待解决。最后，提出了改善宁波金融生态环境的对策建议，具体包括完善社会信用制度，加快对现有金融机构改造，丰富和完善金融生态主体体系，规范企业破产改制行为，改善银企关系和加强地方政府行为机制等,以进一步改善宁波金融生态环境，创造完整的宁波区域金融生态环境，为宁波经济发展提供一个良好的金融条件。

Abstract

Finical ecosystem has great sense for the economic development of a country or a region. The policy of strengthen the industrial base in the Ningbo taken by the Chinese government brings challenges and opportunities for economic and finical development in Ningbo areas. Under the support of the government’s policy and finical institution, it has a good beginning of strengthening the industrial base in the Ningbo. However,there still exist many problems in the Ningbo finical ecological environment, which limit the development of Ningboern economy. So it is important to strengthen the construction of regional finical ecosystem in the Ningbo areas.

This paper uses the financial ecological theory, combined with the actual Ningbo area, and puts forward the financial ecological environment construction of Ningbo area good financial ecological environment opinion. The letter divides into four parts, the first part, this paper introduces the connotation of the financial ecology, determine elements. The second part, discusses the financial ecological environment and regional economic relationship. The third part, analyzing the current regional financial ecological development of Ningbo now. After years of efforts, Ningbo regions financial ecological environment has very powerful, financial ecological environment system, and the financing channels constantly optimize the pluralism, gradually increase loan and loan size, increasingly reasonable proportion. But, Ningbo financial foundation is weak, creditor's rights, property rights, social credit problems still need to be solved. The fourth part, proposed the improvement Ningbo financial ecological environment of countermeasures, specific include perfecting social credit system and speed up reconstruction of the existing financial institutions, enrich and perfect the financial ecology main body system, standardize enterprise bankruptcy restructuring behavior, improve and strengthen relations argues local government behavior mechanism etc, in order to further improve the Ningbo financial ecological environment, create complete Ningbo regional financial ecological environment for the development of peaceful wave economy provides a good financial conditions .
