口语考试试题及情况说明
(一级班)
考试时间:初步定为课程结束后,具体时间以及考场安排细则由任课教师通知。
考试形式:
本次口语考试以三人为一组(若学生人数不被三整除,后面几位学生两人或四人一组),学生抽签决定口试话题。学生的论述或表演应以提供的问题为主要线索,可以对问题进行分析综合后阐述或演绎,无需按照问题的先后顺序一一作答或独白表演。组员之间要团结协作,合理分工,话题讨论的整体性及组员之间交替论述问题的衔接性,表演题目的戏剧性,流畅性及完整性将是评定该组表现的重要依据之一;其次,组员若单独论述时一定要注意观点鲜明,论证有力,论述充分,论述要有逻辑性和相对完整性,切忌“一句话式的论述”;若表演一定要注意主题突出,表演具有戏剧性,语言讲究层次感,剧情要有合理性,切忌“死板的道白”。每位组员的独立论述及演出话语不得少于一分钟,每组论述及表演的总时间不得少于五分钟。
评分细则:(满分100分) 语音语调 10分 (个人论述表现) 观点(主题)明确 论述(表演)充分 逻辑性与完整性 交流技巧的运用(团队合作) 20分 30分 20分 20分 (个人论述表现) (个人论述表现) (个人论述表现) (集体合作表现) 特别说明:请老师们向学生公布口语考试内容,对学生的口语考试进行相关指导。鼓励同组学生分工协作,除了参阅读写及听说教材外,学生可运用其他途径进行相关准备。老师们对于学生的观点阐释部分或表演脚本,尤其是个人论述部分及台词如何进行完整性、逻辑性的阐释或演绎,应进行一定的指导。本次口语考试为集体讨论或表演,因此,讨论或表演如何开始,如何展开,话题或戏剧冲突的传接,观点的交锋,以及讨论或表演的结束,都是本次考试关注所在。所以,同组学生如何运用沟通交流技巧,自然流畅的传递话题,演绎主题并继续话题或表演主题,请老师们一定要强调说明。
每个大话题下的小问题系提示,学生可以不严格按照问题内容讨论或表演,只要与大题目相关,视为允许。

1.Topic Area: My Ideal Job Questions:
What would you like to do as a career? Why would you like to do it?
What do you think you’re good at? What qualifications do you need?
How easy or difficult might it be to get into this kind of career? What do you need to do to achieve your career?
2. Topic Area: Home Questions:
What can you get in the outside world that you can’t get at home? Under what circumstances might you not feel happy at home? What does home mean to you?
3. Topic Area: Human Virtues Questions:
Can you name some good qualities that human beings possess? What kinds of virtues are recognized by our society? What kind of virtue do you value most? Why?
Do you believe good will be rewarded with good and evil with evil? Comment on the saying: Honesty is the best policy.
4. Topic Area: Learning about English Questions:
What do you think has made English“ the first truly global language”?
Till now, in our country, some people still complain that we emphasize too much on English learning, which is not necessary. Do you agree with them? Why or why not?
What are comparatively more efficient ways of mastering English language in such an EFL learning environment in China?
5. Topic Area: Favorite Things to Read Questions:
Can you list the title of the favorite piece of writing? Who is the writer? What do you know about the writer? What is it about?
Why is it important to you?

What changes have taken place in our life with the advancement of technology? Do you think technology makes your life easier? Could you give some examples? Is the advancement of technology always a good thing?
9. Topic Area: Lifestyles Questions:
What kind of lifestyle do you live now? Could you act out your present life?
What are some of the things that come to your mind when we talk about healthy lifestyles? Could you also act it out?
10. Topic Area: College English Questions:
Two years passed, what do you think of your English teacher and English course?
Could you act out a short play to demonstrate what your English teacher and English course are like?
Could you act out an unforgettable story between you and your English teacher?
11. Topic Area: My College, my Youth & my dream Questions:
Could you unfold your college, your youth and your dream before our eyes in dramatic ways?
