一、培养目标Education objective
培养适应现代电子信息技术和区域经济社会发展需要,具有良好的道德人文素养和高度的社会责任感,具备电子电路技术、信号处理、电子系统开发、计算机技术与应用等领域的工程基础和扎实的专业基础,具有创新意识、团队合作和国际视野,能够在信息与通信、电子技术、工业控制、信号获取与处理、计算机应用等领域从事系统分析、设计、应用开发及项目运行管理工作的工程技术人才。
本专业学生毕业5年左右达到工程师等中级技术职称水平,具体应达到如下目标: 目标1:具备生产实践和项目实施经验,并能够综合运用专业知识和技能解决电子信息工程领域复杂工程问题。
目标2:能够运用电子信息工程项目管理和经济决策知识,独立或领导团队组织协调相关单位和个人,完成电子信息工程领域复杂工程项目的运行和管理。
目标3:具有国际视野,能够持续学习和跟踪电子信息领域的前沿技术,并能在一定程度上进行拓展与创新,将之用于电子信息领域的创新发展和产业升级。
目标4:能够在工程实践中自觉遵守工程职业道德和规范,并能用社会、健康、法律、环境和可持续发展等非技术因素指导实际生产实践和项目实施。
First, the student will be able to meet the needs of the social economy development and modern electric information techniques, have the good moral and literature characteristics and high social responsibilities after our education. Second, they will master the electrical circuit techniques, the knowledge in signal processing, able to develop electrical systems, master the computer techniques and its applications, and master the knowledge in some related areas. They will have good engineering fundamentals, creative, good team-working, international view characteristics. They will be able to conduct the system analysis, design, application development, and project management in the areas of information and communications, electrical techniques, industrial control, information acquisition and processing, computer applications, and some related areas.
After 5 years of graduation, the students in our major will generally reach the middle level of engineers. Specifically, they will achieve the following objectives.
Objective 1: Have practical industrial and project management experiences, and be able to use the knowledge in the major comprehensively to solve complex problems in the electrical information engineering field.
Objective 2: Be able to use the knowledge in the management of electrical information engineering projects and the knowledge in the economy decision, to organize or lead a team to let the people work harmoniously and carry out the execution and management of the complex projects in the electrical information engineering areas.
Objective 3: Have international views, and be able to study continuously and track the frontier techniques in the electrical information areas. Furthermore, they will be able to conduct creative work and apply it in the development and industrial upgradation of the electrical information areas.
Objective 4: Be able to obligate the moral rules and laws of engineering professionals, and use some non-major factors of social, health, law, and environment, continuous development to guide the practical production and project applications.
二、毕业要求Graduation requirement
(1)工程知识:能够将数学、自然科学、工程基础和电子信息专业知识用于解决电子信息领域复杂工程问题。
(2)问题分析:能够应用数学、自然科学和工程科学的基本原理,识别、表达并通过文献研究分析电子信息领域复杂工程问题,以获得有效结论。
(3)设计/开发解决方案:能够设计针对电子信息领域复杂工程问题的解决方案,设计满足特定需求的系统、单元(部件)或工艺流程,并能够在设计环节中体现创新意识,考虑社会、健康、安全、法律、文化以及环境等因素。
(4)研究:能够基于科学原理并采用科学方法对电子信息领域复杂工程问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。
(5)使用现代工具:能够针对电子信息领域复杂工程问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,包括对电子信息领域复杂工程问题的预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。
(6)工程与社会:能够基于工程相关背景知识进行合理分析、评价电子信息专业工程实践和复杂工程问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全、法律以及文化的影响,并理解应承担的责任。
(7)环境和可持续发展:能够理解和评价针对电子信息领域复杂工程问题的专业工程实践对环境、社会可持续发展的影响。
(8)职业规范:具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在工程实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。
(9)个人和团队:能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。 (10)沟通:能够就电子信息领域复杂工程问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。并具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。
(11)项目管理:理解并掌握工程管理原理与经济决策方法,并能在多学科环境中应用。 (12)终身学习:具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。 (1)Engineering Knowledge:Be able to use mathematical natural science, engineer fundamentals, and the major knowledge of electrical information to solve complex problems in the electrical information fields.
(2)Problem analysis: Be able to use basic principles of mathematics, natural science, and engineering to recognize and express problems, and analyze the complex problems in electrical information areas through literature research to make effective conclusions.
(3)Design/Develop solution schema:Be able to give the solution scheme for complex problems in electrical information areas, and the scheme should meet the needs of specific systems, unit (components) or craft flowchart. The social, health, security, law, literature, and environment factors should be considered in the scheme.
(4)Research:Be able to carry out research for complex engineering problems in the electrical information areas based on scientific principles and scientific methods, including the design of the experiments, analyze and explain data, and given reasonable and effective conclusions from information fusion.
(5)Utilize modern tools: Be able to develop, select, and use suitable techniques, resource, and modern engineering tools and information technique tools for complex engineering problems in the electrical information areas, including the prediction ans simulation of the complex problems in the electrical information areas and understand their limitations.
(6)Engineering and the society:Be able to reasonably analyze, and evaluate the influence of the practice and the solution schemes of complex problem in the electrical information areas on the society, human health, security, law, and literature, and understand the corresponding responsibilities.
(7)Environment and continuous development:Be able to understand and evaluate the influence of our major engineering practices for complex problems in electrical information areas on the continuous development of the environment and the society.
(8)Professional morality:Obtain the personal characteristics of having human literature, and social responsibilities, and be able to understand and comply the engineering professional morality and regulations in the engineering practices, and take the corresponding responsibilities. (9)Person and team:Be able to take the role of single person, team member,or the team leader in the team of multiple discipline.
(10) Communication:Be able to effectively communicate with colleagues or the public about complex problems in electrical information areas, including writing and designing of the reports, making the speech, clearly expressing and responding commands. Moreover, be able to have international view and can communicate and express cross different cultures.
(11)Project management:Understand and master the principles of engineering and the methods for economy decision, and can apply them in multi-discipline environments.
(12)life-time learning:Have the idea and the habit of self-learning and life-time learning, and the abilities of non-stop learning and making progress.
三、学制Time of the studies 学制4年,在校学习年限3-6年。
