摘 要
本设计对年产20万kL8度淡色啤酒工厂的工艺进行了初步设计,主要内容包括啤酒生产工艺的选择及相关生产设备的选型计算等,并对发酵罐进行了重点设计。
该工艺采用了先进的高浓度稀释的方法,以优质大麦麦芽为原料,生产出在啤酒市场中消费量较大的淡色啤酒。设计综合考虑到了建厂所需的条件、国内市场的消费水平、工艺以及设备的发展水平及经济、环境等因素,是适合于目前国内啤酒行业发展的啤酒厂的设计。

Abstract
The design is a preliminary design of a factory which volume of production in one year is 200,000 kL and the production is light beer of 8 degree. The main contents including the choice of the production process of beer, and the related technology choices, the selection of beer production and so on. At the same time, the design towards gartank has been focused on the design.
This design of the production process of beer uses the advanced technology of high concentration dilution, the beer were made from malted barley, output the beer which consumption quantity is high in beer’s sale market. This design has take the conditions of the factory’s building, the consumption quantity of domestic residents, the development level of production process and equipment condition, and the factors of environment and economy into consideration. In a word, this design is suitable for the development of beer market of our country.
