摘要：随着市场经济的快速发展、人民生活水平的不断提高和居民消费观念的更新，人们的需求向科学、健康和多元化转变。消费结构的多元化促使酒店不断更新管理理念，采用新的经营方式和手段。将实施精细化管理引入酒店业对于提升员工素质，提高劳动生产率，增强管理的执行力，减少资源浪费，达到企业利益最大化，进而促进提升城市整体服务业水平和生活品质具有十分重要的现实意义。本文通过对山东威海抱海大酒店实施精细化管理的分析，以便为各类企业实施和完善精细化管理提供参考。 关键词：酒店；管理；精细化；研究

一、标准化是精细化管理的前提和基础
标准化就是要使每一个过程，每一个环节都有流程、有标准，并严格按标准操作。 1、率先引入“六常法”管理模式
