1 总 则

1.0.1 为了预防和控制民用建筑装饰装修工程中装修材料产生的室内环境污染，提高我省室内环境质量检测和评价水平，改善人居环境，保障公众健康，维护公共利益，制定本规范。

1.0.2 本规范适用于浙江省内新建、改建及既有民用建筑装饰装修工程的室内环境检测和验收，不适用于工业建筑和有特殊净化卫生要求的工程。

1.0.3 民用建筑装饰装修工程室内环境检测和验收除应符合本规范的规定外，尚应符合国家、行业和地方现行的有关标准的规定。

2 术语和符号

2.1 术语

2.1.1 建筑装饰装修 building decoration

为保护建筑物的主体结构，完善建筑物的使用功能和美化建筑物，采用装修材料或饰物，对建筑物基体、基层和细部进行的各种处理过程。 2.1.2 内照射指数 Internal exposure Index

内照射指数（IRa）是指建筑材料中天然放射性核素镭-226的放射性比活度，除以国家标准GB6566《建筑材料放射性限量》中规定的限量200而得的商。 IRa =

2.1.3 外照射指数 external exposure index

2.1.4 人造木板 wood-based panels

以植物纤维为原料，经机械加工分离成各种形状的单元材料，再经组合并加入胶粘剂压制而成的板材，包括细木工板、胶合板、纤维板、刨花板等。 2.1.5 饰面人造木板 decorated wood－based panels

以人造木板为基材，经涂饰或复合装饰材料面层后的板材。 2.1.6 水性涂料 water based coatings

以水为稀释剂的涂料。
