前 言 Foreword

手动救援装置是一种垂直运载设备是干式煤气柜必备的配套设备，当供电中止或吊笼无法正常使用时，使用该设备进行人员救助。为保证该设备始终处于良好状态必须正确地使用和维护本设备。

Manual rescue device is a vertical carrying device that is a necessary equipment for dry gas tank. Manual rescue device can be use to save people when power to suspend or hoists not work properly. To ensure that the equipment is always in good condition ,so it must be properly use and maintain.

一． 技术数据 Technical Datas

4.选用钢索 Selection of cable： 6-19-7.7-155-I ZPlating 5.缠绕层数 Winding layers： n=4层Layers 6.最大容绳量 The maximum rope capacity： e=～120M 7.手柄迴转半径 gyrated radius of Handle： R=300mm 8.手柄上作用力 Force on the handle： F=70-90N 二．手动救援装置基本原理 The basic principles of the manual rescue device 1.摇动手柄通过二节齿轮比速，带动卷筒正反运转，使布袋上下运行。 Through the secondary gear system speed transmission，rotary handle leads the reel to run in both direction so that the cloth bag can go downward and upward. 2.布袋上行时通过棘轮，棘爪进行失控保护。

The cloth bag will get protection from ratchet pawl and ratchet wheel when it is out of control in the process of upward movement. 3.布袋下行时通过带式制动装置进行失控保护。

4.布袋与绳索连接中间带有防转装置防止布袋旋转。

There is a anti-rotary device between the bag and the ropes in order to prevent the bag from rotating.

三．安全操作规程：Safety operation steps 1.救援装置在使用前必须检查棘轮保护是否有效。

Check the validity of ratchet system in the rescue device before it is taken into use. 2.检查带式制动装置是否有效。 Check the validity of belt brake device. 3.STDD-1型救援装置，先将布袋摇起。 Lift the bag first while using STDD-1 rescue device.

4.布袋下行时先放下制动带重块，然后将棘爪用撑板撑起，操作人员必须用脚踏住踏板，使带式制动带略微放松此时布袋在作用力的控制下缓缓下行。当布袋有失控现象时操作人员应立即离开踏板使制动带收紧起到制动保护。

When the bag is running downward ,put down the weight of the belt brake system first ,then lift ratchet pawl by the support panel .The operator must step on the pedal to make the brakage belt slightly loosen and the bag is slowly getting down under the control of certain force. When the bag is out of control ,operators should move their feet out of the pedal so that the brakage belt gets tight to protect the bag and so on. 5.布袋上行时必须将棘爪放下与棘轮处于工作状态然后将制动带重块提起，用挂钩勾住方可提升布袋。

Put down the ratchet pawl and the ratchet wheel is on work when the bag is running upward.Then,the weight of the brakage belt is lifted and the hooks get the bag up. 6.操作人员必须听从乘行人员指令方可启动布袋。到底或出洞口时应放慢速度防止撞击。
