酒店客房应设置总控开关,便于客人一键关闭所有的电源,方便快捷且减少能源浪费。由于智能身份识别器(取电开关)有身份智能识别功能,其他卡片或纸片等不能取电,提高了能源使用效率。例某200 间客房的五星级酒店,一般标准客房的电器配置总功率约为1.5KW,每个房间平均每天节约用电1小时,按年平均出租率80%,电费1元/度,该酒店每年可节省电费约:200×1.5×1×365×80%×1=87600元/年。

3)本系统具有光照度检测功能,当房间内光照度达到预定值时,房间内指定灯具不启动。假设房灯功率为50瓦,客人在房间时间每日平均为4个小时/日,每度电价为1元,以200间客房、年平均出租率80%计算节能效益如下:节约能耗开支=200间房×80%开房率×1元/度×0.05KW×4小时=40元/日 ;每年节约电费:365日×40元/日=14600元/年。 如果是已经采用智能控制的酒店,这种浪费会大大减少.

that the power of lamps is 50 watts and a guest spends 4 hours in the room in a day,as electric charge of 1 yuan per degree to calculate,the energy-saving benefit of a hotel with 200 rooms and 80% annual average occupancy rate equals to 200rooms×80%occupancy×1yuan/degree×0.05KW×4h=40yuan/day,so the hotel can save 365×40=14600yuan/day. 2、空调系统节能效果分析

Intelligent control of time and temperature

在酒店电能消耗中,空调是耗能大户,热水供应次之,而照明用电量排在第三位。空调系统的用电量约占整个酒店用电量约40%~50%左右,而环境温度每节约1℃,在冬天可以节约整个酒店能源消耗的9%,在夏天节约的能源占12%。环境温度是指在在冷暖通风系统工作的时候,比如:在夏天室内的平均温度为22℃,如果采用智能节能控制的方法,使客人在睡眠状态室温提高2℃,反之在冬天客人睡眠状态室温降低2℃,这样不仅没有降低客人的舒适度,同时可以使整个酒店的能源消耗节约了近20%左右。所以,对空调耗电的智能控制是非常有必要的。 Power consumption of the air conditioning system accounts for 40%-50% of the whole hotel’s.However,the hotel can save energy about 9% in winter and 12% in summer with 1℃-saving of environment temperature(the temperature when the cool and heat ventilation systems work). 酒店确定不同时段、不同区域的温度要求,并通过智能酒店系统严格执行。同时,室内温度的变化对空调系统的能耗有较大影响;温度在24~28℃和湿度在40%~60%的环境下,人体感觉最为适宜。于是,根据客人的舒适度要求建立温度标准,建立一套完善的智能酒店系统,不但满足客人需要,也能大大节约能耗。例如,酒店的室内温度控制在17~28℃之间,相对湿度控制在40%~70%之间,夏季取高值,冬季取低值。

智能酒店控制系统中房间空调温度是完全由管理电脑来预设控制的,有效防止客人将空调温度打的过低(夏季)或过高(冬季)而耗能,同时也彻底避免了房间无人时空调处于失控状态,而且在客人入睡后适当调高空调温度,通过对空调的系统化的有效控制可降低约40%的空调能耗。经验表明,冬季室内温度上升1度或夏季室内温度下降1度,空调设备成本的投资可下降6%左右,而运行费用则可减少8%左右。 例:某200 间客房的五星级酒店,平均每间/天客房空调耗电12度,每度电1元,全年使用空调时间按9 个月算,则为酒店节约:12×1×270天×200×40% =259200.00 元/年。 2)空调智能联动控制
