如何与客户建立信任关系

Be honest 诚实

If you tell the truth, your clients will trust you. Always be honest especially when no one is looking. 如果你说的是事实,客户会相信你。最简单的方法就是永远诚实即使没人看。 Respect your client 尊重

Treat your clients with the same respect you would show the President of your country. Respect their time as well by never being late.

像面对国家总统一样尊重客户。这也意味着尊重他们的时间以及从不迟到。 Sincerely care 真诚的关心

When you truly care about others, it is hard not to trust you. 当你真正关心他们时,人们很难不相信你。 Ask open-ended questions 开放式问题

Learn more about your client and be interested in their answers. Open-ended questions give your client the opportunity to tell you about themselves. Ask more questions based on the answers that you get. 更多的了解你的客户并且对他们的回答表现出兴趣。开放式问题让客户有机会介绍他们自己。根据他们的回答提出更多问题。

Don't be perfect 不盲目追求完美

There is always something fishy about someone who seems to have everything going for them. Don't waste your energy hiding your mistakes or weaknesses. This sends a message that you're not hiding anything and that you want to build trust.

再有准备的人也会有靠不住的地方。表现出一些弱点来以让你的客户知道你并没有想去隐藏什么,只是想跟他们建立信任关系。

Don't look at your watch 别盯着你的手表

We're all on a tight schedule but looking at your watch when someone is talking is rude. If you must be wary of the time, ask for permission to look at your watch.

我们都赶时间但是跟他人谈话时就别老看你的手表了。这让别人误以为你觉得谈话很无聊或是想尽快离开,这样的误会对你建立信任没有任何帮助。 Find the win-win 追求双赢

In negotiations, always look for the win-win outcome. Win-lose outcomes are one-time only events. When both parties win, you strengthen the relationship.

在协商中总是追寻双赢结果。当双方都赢了,信任也就自然而然建立了。

Don't hedge your answers 正面回答

Be definitive when you can. When you hedge your answers, you are giving yourself an \anyone trust you when you keep dodging responsibility. Politicians are notorious for hedging their answers.

尽量明确表达你自己,当你的回答闪烁其词时,你就是在错误的将自己判罚出场。怎么会有人相信一个推卸自己责任的人。

Have your clients best interests in mind 以客户的最高利益为依据

Clients know when you are looking out for them and when you are looking out for yourself. It's hard to trust you when there is a conflict of interests.

客户知道你什么时候在为他们的利益着想,什么时候在追求自己的利益最大化,后者当然不尽如人意。 Don't show off 勿卖弄

It puts people off and you come off like a self promoter interested in your own success and not the success of others. This breeds resentment more than trust.

这让人厌恶还让人以为你是一个只关心自己的成功不顾他人的自我宣扬者。这只会招致怨恨而不是信任。
