目的状语从句

1. 定义：用一个句子说明动作发生的目的 2. 连接词：so that, in order that

① so that 只用于句中， in order that 用于句首或句中 ② in order that+从句=in order to do

例句：He drank some water in order that/ so that he can calm down.

让步状语从句

1. 连接词：

（1） although/though 虽然

用法：不能与 but 同时使用。可以与 yet 同时使用。

如：Though he is not tall, he can play basketball very well. (2) even though/even if 尽管，即使 用法：两者可互换

（3） no matter +特殊疑问词： 无论? 用法：no matter+特殊疑问词=疑问词+ever

如：no matter what= whatever; no matter how= however; no matter where= wherever

例句：We had go to walk though we were very tired.

宾语从句（上） 1. 定义

3. if 和 whether 的区别：

His mood depends on whether the weather is good.（前面有介词 on） She hasn’t decided whether to go to Canada.（后有动词不定式 to do）

The boy asks whether I heard the noise from outside or not.（句末有 or not） 口诀：前有介词狼，后有 to do 虎，句末 or not，只能用 whether. 例题：They are talking about __________it will rain tomorrow. I don’t know _________ to buy this book. I ask him __________ whether he will come or not. 4. 宾语从句的时态：

（当主句为一般现在时，从句可以用任一时态。）

口诀：主现从随便①，备注①：从随便是指：从句的时态不受主句影响，根据从句的语 境使用相应的时态）

主过从必过②，备注②：从必过是指：从句必须使用过去时态，根据语境使用相 应的过去时，如一般过去时，过去进行时，过去完成时， 过去将来时等。）

真理③永一现。备注③：这里的真理是指：1）客观的，自然的事实；

2）名言警句，约定俗成（如圣诞节是每年 12 月 25 日） 5.总结：
