内容摘要

溜板箱是将丝杠和光杠传来的旋转运动转变为溜板箱的直线运动并带动刀架进给，控制刀架运动的接通、断开和换向。当机床过载时，能使刀架自动停止；还可以手动操纵刀架移动或实现快速运动等。固定在鞍座上，并悬挂在床身的前面。它包括齿轮、离合器及手动和自动进给床鞍用的手柄。溜扳箱上有一个小齿轮。而小齿轮又与床身前下面的齿条相啮合，可用手转动溜扳箱手轮，可使床鞍纵向移动。溜板箱包括自动进给用的摩擦离合器和开合螺母,开合螺母停靠在丝杠螺纹的上方，仅在车螺纹时使用。 一种新型的卧式车床溜板箱，不带螺纹功能，取消了普通车床的挂轮、进刀箱和三杆(即光杆、丝杆及操纵杆)。它包括溜板箱体、驱动电机、变频调速控制器、显示器、蜗杆、蜗轮、齿轮传动链、甩油轮及操纵机构。所述的驱动电机为普通电机或变频电机，该电机与变频调速控制器相连接，连接后，驱动电机转速可在50～3000n/r范围内调速。所述的显示器显示驱动电机的转速。其特征在于利用可调速的驱动电机通过蜗杆、蜗轮、齿轮传动链实现纵横向走刀。快进、工进及走刀量大小完全由电机转速决定。该溜板箱结构简单，操作简便，易于安装，并且可降低车床整体的重量和造价。可广泛用于不带螺纹功能的普通卧式车床，尤其适用于加长车床。
