3) 流程3:过热器、再热器减温水系统冲洗:

Flow3: the desuperheater of superheater& reheater system flushing:

两个主汽Ⅰ级减温水调节阀和两个主汽Ⅱ级减温水调节阀及减温水流量孔板先不装,在Ⅰ、Ⅱ级减温器之前引出临时管,将每侧的一、二减临时管合并再用等径的三通引出,最后引至厂房外安全区域排放。主汽减温水系统的水冲洗在酸洗之前的炉前水冲洗时一并进行,冲洗合格标准为排水透明清亮。

按部颁《吹管导则》,对于过热器、再热器系统串联吹扫。根据过热器、再热器及其管道各段的吹管系数大于1的原则,过热器、再热器及其管路吹扫时,启动分离器压力 5.5MPa~6.5MPa 时开临时控制门,启动分离器压力 4MPa~4.5MPa 关临时控制门。蒸汽吹扫过程中应控制过热器、再热器、水冷壁均不超温。

According to the guidelines for the steam blowing, tandem purging the superheater and reheater system. according to the principle of the superheater and reheater pipes coefficient is greater than 1, the superheater and reheater pipe purging, startup separator pressure is 5.5 MPa to 6.5 MPa to open temporary blowing valve, startup separator pressure control temporarily 4 MPa to 4.5 MPa to close the valve. The steam purging process should be controlled in the superheater, reheater, wall are not overtemperature.

吹管系数近似按下面公式计算:k=ΔP/ΔP0

式中:ΔP、ΔP0 分别为锅炉吹管时和 BMCR 工况时分离器至过热器出口或再热器入口至出口的蒸汽压降。

In the formula: ΔP、ΔP0 separately is the pressure difference between separator and outlet of superheater or the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of reheater at the condition of steam blowing and BMCR condition. 5.4吹扫的临时设施 temporary facilities of steam blowing

1)吹管时汽机高压主汽门内装假门芯,接临时管,加临时门。

Install the block core of high pressure main steam valve, and connect temporary line, add the temporary valve during the blowing.

2)吹管时中压联合汽门内装假门芯,接临时管,装靶板架,通过消音器排大气。 During the blowing install the block core of high pressure main steam valve, and connect temporary line, install target board frame, through the silencer exhaust to atmosphere.

3)高压旁路减温减压阀用临时门代替。低压旁路不参加吹扫,安装单位在吹管结束后对低压旁路门前管路进行清洁检查,确保管道内部清洁。低压旁路门后管道在安装时即应确保其管道内部清洁。

The HP bypass temperature and pressure-releasing valve instead by temporary valve. LP bypass do not participate in steam blowing, the clean and check on the pipeline in front of the LP bypass valve was carried out at the end of steam blowing by erection unit, to ensure the pipeline interior clean. LP bypass pipe after the valve in the installation shall ensure that the pipeline interior clean.

4)靶板架前的所用临时管管子内部应做喷沙处理,采用氩弧焊打底施焊。靶板架后管子和消音器内部应洁净,不应有杂物。

The temporary pipe used before the target frame inside should do sandblasting processing, adopt argon arc welding backing. Target board after pipe and muffler internal should be clean, there should be no sundries.

5)为保证靶板处流场稳定,靶板器前应有4~5倍管径的直管段,靶板器后应有2~3倍管径的直管段 。

In order to ensure the target plate flow stability, there should be 4 ~ 5 times the pipe diameter of straight pipe before the target plate device, and should be 2 ~ 3 times the diameter of straight pipe after the target plate device.

6)吹管临时控制门应完好,临时门的操作开关引至控制室锅炉盘的适当位置。为便于暖管和保护临时门,临时控制门应加设旁路门(PN≥10Mpa,DN≥50mm)。

The temporary control valves for steam blowing should be in good condition, the operation switch of the temporary valves should be put at the proper position in the CCR. For convenience of warm pipe and protect the temporary valve, temporary control valve should be adding bypass (PN≥10Mpa,DN≥50mm).

7)吹扫临时管应安装牢固可靠的支吊架,充分考虑管道的径向、轴向热膨胀和吹扫时的反作用力,管道转向以直角为宜。

The support and hanger for steam blowing temporary pipe should be installed firmly and reliable, fully considering the radial and axial thermal expansion of pipe and reaction in the duration of blowing, pipe with rectangular advisable.

8)未参加吹扫的管道,人工清理干净。

The pipelines which not attend blowing should be cleaning manually. 9)吹管临时系统管路使用前需经光谱检查或其他工艺检查,确保材质安全; The temporary system pipeline for steam blowing need to do the spectrum check or other process check before use, ensuring the safety of the material;

10)吹扫的临时管道需进行保温并可靠隔离。

The steam blowing temporary pipeline require reliable insulation and isolation. 11)在吹扫临时系统的每个最低点加装疏水管路及疏水阀,疏水排至安全处。 In each of the lowest point of steam blowing temporary system equipped with drain pipe and drain valve, drain water to the safe place.

12)主蒸汽、再热蒸汽疏水管路分别通过临时疏水管排大气。

Main steam and reheat steam drain pipe respectively through temporary drain pipe line exhaust to atmosphere.

13)主汽门、再热主汽门门杆漏气接临时管排放;

15)门杆漏汽管在冷再主管接口前断开,焊接堵板封堵;
