本手册作为员工劳动合同附件在新员工入职时签订合同前签阅,并以制度方式将电子版本发送至公司所有管理及文职类职员之电子邮箱,同时在公司公告栏中通告全体员工,任何修改或变更将由人力资源行政部予以公布。公司全体员工有责任和义务详细阅读并理解本手册的全部内容,并严格遵守执行。
This Handbook is supposed to be an attachment to the employment contract, and distributed electronically to all Holdings employees, accessible via Adobe Acrobat Reader, also notified to all employees via company Information Board. Any modification or new policies will be notified and distributed by Human Resource (“HR”) Department. All employees have the responsibility and obligation to read carefully, understand and strictly obey and execute the policies stated in this handbook.

中山德凯实业有限公司(以下简称德凯)是美国EDSAL公司在中国投资的独资企业。于2006年4月在中山市横栏镇成立,主要生产货架、工作台、工具箱等仓储物流产品,产品大部分销往海外。
